Elana Brickner is a three-time Chief People Officer and Head of HR with over 20 years of experience driving talent strategy, executive compensation, cultural transformation, and organizational change in global and high-growth companies. Most recently, she served as CPO at Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO), where she led HR for 2,400 employees across more than 30 countries. Elana has also held senior roles at Viacom, Lyft, Via, and Boxed. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BS from Penn State. She currently serves on the boards of Bottomless Closet and Chess in the Schools.
