Boards are asking different questions than they used to: about AI risk, workforce disruption, leadership capability, and what it actually takes to run a company in an era of constant change. Yet many talent conversations still rely on outdated language, static succession plans, and surface-level metrics that don’t reflect today’s realities. This session focuses on how to elevate talent discussions to be truly board-ready in the age of AI. Participants will explore how to frame leadership readiness, workforce risk, and capability in ways boards can understand and act on, while addressing the uncertainty AI introduces into roles, skills, and succession.
