Barr Even is a Managing Partner at Rebalance Capital, an alternative asset manager investing in Series A and B WorkforceTech and FinTech companies propelling upward economic mobility for low- and middle-income families – an overlooked $3.5 trillion opportunity. Before co-founding Rebalance Capital, Barr managed the private investment portfolio at Ray Dalio ‘s family office, and previously worked at Generation Investment Management’s growth equity fund. He began his career as a Financial Institutions investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He has lived in Israel, the UK, and the US and currently lives in Connecticut with his husband and daughter.
