Jess is an innovative yet pragmatic leader who focuses on creating great employee experiences while delivering meaningful results. Jess is currently Chief People Officer at Box, the leading Intelligent Content Management SaaS and AI platform. In this role leading the People & Communities function, her scope includes a global team of more than 100 employees across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, People Operations, Belonging, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Performance, Learning, Internal Communications, Workplace Services, Real Estate, and Philanthropy & Community Impact. Prior to Box, Jess led the global People team at Blue Bottle Coffee and held a variety of global HR functional roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP. Jess lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She especially enjoys spending time with her family (husband, daughter, dog), being outdoors (hiking, skiing), yoga and cultivating joy and community.
