Prior to founding Rebalance Capital, Josh was a Financial Institutions & FinTech investment banker at Citi and an executive search and human capital consultant at Korn Ferry. In this role, he co-founded the firm’s impact investing practice and supported the rollout of its human capital M&A solution for asset managers. Josh started his career as an entrepreneur. He founded and successfully exited LOCAL VIBES, an artist scouting and cause marketing tech ecosystem startup. Josh has an undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business.
