Rebecca Stern (she/her), M.S., is the Senior Director of Leadership Development at Udemy and currently serving as interim CLO. She leads the strategic design of learning experiences and organizational solutions which help Udemy achieve its mission of Transforming Lives through Learning. Rebecca’s passion for the future of learning drives her to experiment with cutting-edge tools like AI, creating innovative approaches that work in today’s hybrid world. She has worked in diverse company contexts, global internal and external consulting roles, startups to larger multinational companies.
