Anthony Scattone is the Deputy Chief People Officer at Aon. In this role, he has global responsibility for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and management, and HR M&A. Anthony joined Aon from United Airlines where he served as head of total rewards for their 90,000 employees. Within Aon, Anthony has led numerous complex colleague priorities as the firm has evolved its strategy, navigated the pandemic and “war for talent”, and engaged in significant acquisition/divestiture actions. A current initiative he is leading is the introduction of a market-leading approach to enable access to GLP-1 therapies for Aon’s US colleagues.
