Before joining SemperVirens’ investment team, Raquel worked as an investment consultant at The Social Entrepreneurs Fund and graduated from Columbia Business School in May 2023. During her time at Columbia, Raquel studied focused on venture capital and entrepreneurship, serving as MD of the Columbia Venture Fellows and working with funds like Harlem Capital, BBG Ventures, and Munich Re Ventures. Prior to business school, Raquel worked at JP Morgan and received her BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, where she was also a member of the Division 1 women’s basketball team.
