Jeremy Shapiro is the AVP of Workforce Analytics at Merck & Co, a premier research-intensive biopharmaceutical company. Prior to Merck, he created a similar function in HR at Morgan Stanley. Before working inside of HR, Jeremy co-founded several recruitment technology businesses and was a senior consultant for agency.com. Jeremy is the co-author of “Competing on Talent Analytics”, Harvard Business Review cover story in 2010. He holds a Masters IS from NYU, and a degree in Economics from Rutgers. Jeremy is an empty nester of three daughters, somewhat obsessed with cycling, and hoping to complete his first Ironman this year.
