Alex Kweskin is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Banc of California. Alex was recognized as CHRO of the Year by HRO Today and a Transform 10 Winner for most inspiring leaders. Over his 25+ year career, Alex has held leadership roles at MUFG Union Bank, Morrison & Foerster, LLP, Wells Fargo Capital Finance, California National Bank, and The California Endowment. Alex also serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, Board of Directors for the Banc of California Foundation, a HR Committee member for the California Banker’s Association, a HR Venture Advisor for SemperVirens, and a Personnel Board member for the City of Laguna Beach.Alex holds a B.A. in Communication from Purdue University.
