With over two decades of progressive leadership and HR experience, across industries, David focuses on improving the work experience for all. David currently serves as the VP, Enterprise HR Officer, Team Member and Family Services. Within this role, David champions support and care for our employees and their family members throughout the employment journey at Northwell. David has held various roles within Northwell focused on improving the working experience for all team members. He received his PhD. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and his BA in Psychology from Hampton University.
