Juan Guerra is Coursera’s VP of Total Rewards & Operations, with extensive experience in HR, Technology, and Operations. He has led global teams at Miro, BlackLine, Deckers Brands, TOMS, and more. Juan specializes in building and scaling Total Rewards programs, driving retention strategies, and delivering people-first solutions that align with business goals. Originally from Colombia, he was an elite swimmer representing his country internationally. He earned a BBA in Finance and Economics and an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, later completing a Master’s in Human Resources at Rollins College.
