Monica Pool Knox has led HR organizations for over 25 years within companies such as Microsoft, Twitter, Sony, PepsiCo, and Verizon Wireless, Puerto Rico. She has also led global people teams as a CHRO for two public companies, LivePerson and Domo. Monica is known for developing progressive strategic vision as well as operational excellence through approaches anchored in both data and human centered leadership. She serves on the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and as a Board Director for Swedish Health Systems. Monica has a BA from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
