Additionally, Corsello is an Executive Partner at THL, a Boston-based private equity firm. With nearly 20 years in human capital management, he held roles as an industry analyst, management consultant, and operating executive. Before founding Acadian Ventures, he was a Senior Vice President at Cornerstone OnDemand, driving innovation and corporate strategy, leading to significant revenue growth and a $5.2 billion acquisition in 2021.
