
Barbara Wachsman has over 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery. As Disney’s former Director of Strategy and Engagement for Enterprise Benefits, she led all healthcare initiatives, managed on-site clinics, and created the Disney Health Zone. She now advises early-stage companies and serves as a Senior Advisor to an $11B AUM private equity firm. Barbara sits on the Boards of Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, QueensCare, and the National Quality Forum. She helped create the Employer Healthcare Innovation Roundtable and its provider-focused counterpart. Previously, she held senior roles at global benefits firms and Arthur Andersen. She holds Master’s degrees in Public Health and City Planning from UC Berkeley and a BA Phi Beta Kappa from Scripps College.
