Shawn is Managing Partner of Distributed Ventures, a $100M Seed/Series A fund. He sits on the boards of Rx Save Card, Wingspan, Posterity Health, Tuned, and Pillar. He has lead investments in Sage, Wellth, Cylinder Health, and Kindbody, among others. Shawn built and led NFP Ventures, the corporate venture fund of the diversified global insurance brokerage and financial services firm acquired by Aon in 2024. He was as an investor and EIR at 7wire Ventures, a consultant at the BCG, and began his career at Lazard Middle Market’s Healthcare M&A practice. Shawn holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
