Benji is the CEO & Co-Founder of Ashby. Prior to starting Ashby, Benji was a Director of Engineering at PlanGrid (acquired by Autodesk), where he spent 80% of his time in Engineering recruiting. In that role, he developed a passion for recruiting teams, processes, and tools. With the Ashby team, he is now building a next-generation TA platform to help companies excel at every step of the modern hiring process.
