Samanntha DuBridge is the Vice President of Global Benefits, Culture, and People Care at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). She leads strategy and execution to support HPE's HR strategy, focusing on a high-performance culture, team member experience, and future workplace. Her team’s initiatives have made HPE a top workplace. Samanntha oversees global benefit and mobility programs, navigating a complex political and regulatory landscape, and manages HR support services including Country HR, Labor and Employee Relations, Privacy and Compliance, and HR Operations. She aims to deliver a world-class experience for team members and their families while aligning with HPE's priorities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from San Jose State University.
