Tina Gupta is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at New York Life, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management Practices, Change Management and Learning & Development. Her role is focused on positioning New York Life as an employer of choice and to maintain a future-ready focus on the internal and external dynamics shaping our ability to attract, develop, and retain talent. Prior to joining New York Life, Tina served as the Head of Talent Development and Employee Experience at WarnerMedia leading the Talent Management Centers of Excellence, as well as co-leading the Talent & Culture workstream during WarnerMedia’s merger with Discovery. Tina was selected to lead the Talent function at WarnerMedia whilst serving as Head of Talent Management, Engagement & Performance at Xandr, which was merged into WarnerMedia by parent company AT&T. Tina has spent the last 10 years of her career as a deep specialist in the Talent Management space, whilst her background in broader talent and HR-related roles spans more than twenty years, working across London and NYC. She brings extensive experience working at global, complex and high-growth organizations, with particular expertise in leading talent practices for companies going through a transformation. She has a B.Sc. in Psychology from Aston University and an M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Nottingham University.
