He founded HUDDL3 Group and serves as CEO of LEAD3R. With global experience in executive search, RPO, and workforce management—as well as expertise in strategy, finance, and digital transformation—he drives sustainable change through collaboration and human-centered design. Dane hosts The Future of Teamwork podcast and is a strong advocate for networking in the human capital field. Based in San Clemente, he enjoys surfing and is expecting his fourth child with his wife, Clare.
