She joined Valmont Industries, Inc. in November of 2017 as Director, Benefits and was then promoted in January 2019 to Senior Director, HR Operations and Benefits taking on HRIS and HR Compliance responsibilities along with the current benefit responsibilities. In July 2020, Benefits and Compensation was combined as Total Rewards and she was promoted to VP, Total Rewards and Operations. Then in March 2023 additional responsibilities included the role of HRBP for Valmont’s Corporate/Shared Services group. Most recently in August 2024, Jennifer became the SVP, Human Resources leading the Global Human Resources organization for Valmont. She is passionate about ensuring employees feel valued and bring their best self to work. Jennifer earned her BA in marketing with a minor in management information systems from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and then received her MBA in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University. She has also presented at The Conference Board and SHRM on HR Topics.
