Usman “Oz” Khan is the Senior Vice President leading ADP Ventures, where he drives corporate venture investments and spearheads the incubation of innovative new products. Committed to shaping the future of the work, ADP Ventures invests in technology and human-centric experiences to empower businesses to grow and their employees to succeed both professionally and personally. With a background in executive roles in product management and corporate strategy, Oz brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. Prior to joining ADP in 2016, he held roles at Rakuten, Accenture, and TD Bank. Oz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Toronto in Canada and furthered his education with an MBA from INSEAD.
