Allison Vendt is Dropbox's Global Head of Virtual First and VP of People Operations, leading teams focused on employee and workplace experience. She spearheaded Dropbox’s effort to create the working model of the future, Virtual First, which has been featured in Fortune, Time, and more for its unique approach to optimizing remote-first work. Prior to her current role, Allison spent a decade in learning and organizational development roles at Dropbox and in education, as well as several years in advertising for clients like Coca-Cola and Marriott. She holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and New York University.
