Maggie Ruvoldt is Chief Human Resources Officer for LEARN Behavioral overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and the sustainability of LEARN's culture. She believes trust is the basis for risk taking that drives growth and innovation, a strategic focus on people is often underutilized in the execution of business planning, and a strong understanding of individual motivation and community structure can set up companies to outperform. She brings over three decades of human resources and business operations experience to early stage companies she advises and her work in women's health Ruvoldt holds a master’s in HR Management from Rutgers University, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Business School.
