Ursula Burns has extensive international experience leading companies through technological transformations. Chairwoman of Xerox from 2010 to 2017 and CEO from 2009 to 2016, she joined Xerox as a summer intern in 1980 and held roles in corporate services, manufacturing, and product development. As CEO, Burns transformed Xerox into a diversified business services company, led the $6.4 billion acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services, and oversaw Xerox’s 2016 separation into two companies. After retiring from Xerox, Burns chaired VEON Ltd. and is a founding partner of Integrum Holdings, a private equity firm, and Non-Executive Chairwoman of Teneo Holdings LLC. She serves on multiple boards, including Uber and Endeavor, and has held advisory roles for the White House and the Department of Commerce. Her memoir, Where You Are Is Not Who You Are, was published in 2021.
