Mark Lipscomb is currently Senior Vice President, Employee Experience, focused on making Adobe a place where employees can do their best work with the biggest impact. Prior to Adobe, Mark held leadership roles at some of the world’s most admired and innovative companies including 23andMe, Netflix, Tesla, and Stryker. Mark is also a decorated veteran who served as a United States Naval Officer and completed two tours of duty in the Middle East. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, University of Nebraska, and Stanford Graduate School of Business, Mark resides in San Jose, CA with his wife, Jennifer, and three teen children, Claire, Emily, and Matthew.
