Serena serves as a Fractional & Advisory Chief People Officer at startups, public companies, and venture capital investment firms. Some of her most recent roles have been at Opendoor, Libra Capital, and more. Before founding Mighty One, Serena was VP of People at ThirdLove, CPO of RobustWealth, during which she sold RobustWealth to public company, Principal Financial Group, and Director of Customer Engagement at Zenefits. Serena received her Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate. Serena loves skiing with her husband and 3 kids.
