Alex Buder Shapiro is the Chief People Officer at Jasper, a purpose-built generative AI platform for marketing. Previously, Alex was the Chief People Officer at Flatiron Health. She played a pivotal leadership role through Flatiron's most transformative chapters, including hypergrowth, the company's $2.1B acquisition by Roche Holding AG, and their subsequent scale and international expansion. In addition, Alex has also held an HRBP management role at Google, where she was a trusted partner to leadership teams in driving organizational change. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two incredible daughters.
