Erin Dangerfield is entering her seventh season with the Warriors, third as Senior Vice President, People and Culture. Dangerfield brings over 18 years of human resources experience to the role and has worked in a variety of fields including distribution, real estate, agriculture, and now sports and entertainment. In her current role, Dangerfield oversees the company’s talent acquisition, DEI, learning & development, labor and employee relations, internal communications, and human resources operations for the approximately 3,800 full- and part-time employees working across the Golden State Warriors, Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, Chase Center, and Golden State Entertainment.
