Apple Musni is Chief People Officer at REI, where she leads the co‑op’s people strategy supporting more than 15,000 employees. She focuses on developing leaders, strengthening culture, and advancing organizational capability while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across people programs. Apple brings over 25 years of leadership experience across human resources and operations in retail and hospitality. Prior to REI, she served as Vice President of Field People Experience and Recruiting at Chipotle Mexican Grill and held leadership roles at Target and McDonald’s. She is known for driving transformation and aligning people strategy to business performance.
