Iraisa Jones is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience across industries including telecommunications, technology, and non-profits. Passionate about aligning business goals with people strategies, she has a strong track record in building high-performing teams and driving HR transformations. Most recently, as Chief People Officer at C Space, Iraisa led talent management and post-acquisition HR integration across North America and EMEA. She previously built the HR function at Vindex and held senior roles at the American Cancer Society and Charter Communications. Iraisa holds a psychology degree from Hunter College and has completed advanced HR studies at Cornell and Wharton. She lives in New Jersey with her family and enjoys traveling.
