Heather is a 3x CPO, currently leading the People, Talent, and Workplace functions at Brex. She was formerly the CPO at Gem, where she led the People function and had the opportunity to play a more customer-facing role in product, sales, and success. Additionally, she served as the CPO at Newfront, where she led the People diligence and integration of a 700 person merger. She's held roles as the HRBP leader at Dropbox through their IPO and multiple roles at Microsoft in the People function. She holds a number of angel investments and advises several startup founders.
