Sunita Holzer is Verisk’s CHRO, leading HR strategy and operations for 7,500 team members in over 20 countries. She builds a culture focused on growth, performance, and values, and champions a diverse, empowered workforce. With three decades of HR leadership experience, Sunita was previously CHRO at Realogy, Computer Sciences Corporation, Chubb Insurance, and chief diversity officer at American Express. She holds an MS in HR management and labor relations from NYIT and a BS in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook. Sunita is passionate about organizational culture and coaching and currently serves on the board at Liberty Science Center.
