In her 14th season at the San Francisco Giants, Lan oversees the organization’s people operations and talent strategy. She has extensive experience in the sports, entertainment and consulting sectors implementing innovative people strategies and building high performing teams. Lan is a values-driven leader committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for the employees that call Oracle Park home. Lan is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and is a member of Leadership San Francisco, Braven and SFCASA. She resides in San Francisco with her husband and their two children.
