I’m an operator, specifically one of those old-time telephone operators, running a giant switchboard to connect people and get things done. I’m a bridge between engineering and operations, between people and problems, between domains that look different but are the same if you squint. I'm currently the Head of People at Anthropic, but in past lives I've led risk teams, engineering teams, recruiting teams, and trust & safety teams. No matter the domain, I find patterns, tell stories with data, stay calm in chaos, bring out the best in my teams, and get results.
