Cher Murphy is an anthropologist, an executive coach, and a reticulist. Her work focuses on building leadership capability at the intersection of individual and organization. As a trusted advisor to boards and executive management teams, Cher designs and implements talent strategies that drive business results. Her expertise is advising organizations that are scaling or have reached an inflection point where new perspectives are needed to thrive amidst the quickening pace of change. She is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches, the Chief People Officer at The Growth Institute, and an Adjunct Professor at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University where she teaches Talent Strategy in the MBA program.
