Terry is a people professional with over 15 years of experience working in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She has experience leading various HR initiatives, providing advice and support to the Board, senior leadership team, and staff, with experience in employee engagement, L&D, organizational systems strengthening, talent management, recruitment including for emergencies within the Humanitarian sector, performance management, staff welfare, safeguarding, developing and implementing HR policies and undertaking HR audits/needs assessments.
