Brian Little joined Altera as the Chief People Officer in 2023. ​Prior to Altera, he served as Vice President of Global Corporate Human Resources and Data Center AI at Intel, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Zurich North America, Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for HSBC North America, and in leadership roles with Ameritech (now AT&T), Amoco (now BP), and Public Service Company of Colorado (now Xcel Energy).​ Brian received his B.S. and M.S. in communications from Illinois State University and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Advanced Executive Program. Brian was recognized as CHRO of the Year in 2017 by HRO magazine, Chicago’s Most Influential African American in Executive Leadership in 2013 by the Peoples Voice Magazine, and a National Eagle Leadership winner in 2012. Brian has served on several charitable boards including Oakton College Foundation and Marklund home for severely disabled children.
