Trisha Degg joined Rush Street Interactive in 2024 to operationalize recruitment efforts to support their rapidly growing organization and build a robust talent acquisition strategy to fuel their continued success. With almost 17+ years of corporate recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR experience, Trisha excels at finding new ways to locate talent and is passionate about networking. Trisha’s specialties are talent attraction and retention, organizational development, manager training, interview skills/resume writing, building and refining internship programs, and employment branding. Previously, Trisha was the VP of Talent Programs at Jump Capital, an early stage VC, working with the portfolio founders to lay the groundwork for successful people departments and the Head of People at Provi, a start-up in the alcoholic beverage ordering space, building out a people function and scaling them from 70 to 300+ employees in 15 months. Prior to that,she was the Head of Talent at Tempus, a healthcare tech company located in Chicago. She holds a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences, Consumer Affairs from Eastern Illinois University.
