After 20+ years on the practitioner side, as SVP of Talent at Okta, Director of Talent at Intuit and various other TA roles in high tech, Brett pursued the role at Findem to gain experience on the technology vendor side. His passion is helping the industry move forward in a strategic, tech enabled means to help Recruiters everywhere do their jobs better. Brett lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two kids.
