Vicki Walia, Ph.D is responsible for leading HRBP teams across insurance, retirement, and asset management organizations. Her team integrates people strategy and ensures that each business has the capabilities needed to achieve their purpose and execute their strategy. Previously, she served as Prudential’s Chief Talent and Capability Officer. Vicki has made several presentations at the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management and Global Business Forum. She is also an associate professor at NYU, teaching analytics, and holds a BFA in music from York University and an MS/PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
