Operation Purple Light (OPL) came together to create safer spaces for large gatherings of people. Started by People and Talent leaders in the space, OPL was created in 2023 to revolutionize event experiences with an emphasis on safety, respect, and inclusivity to help prevent drugging, sexual assault, and sexual harassment that have become a major problem at events.
