There has been a lot of debate in the past year around the ‘pendulum swing’ of power between employers and employees in the modern workplace. Looking back at the last 3 years, we’ve seen a war for talent during an economic boom, followed by a rapid selloff of talent during economic uncertainty. Employers across the board have had to make some hard resets on their employee experience, and employees have had to take personal inventory of what matters most from their work experience. For HR professionals, this latest shift raises new questions and challenges around how to design and communicate their company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The EVP should be about what makes work at your organization meaningful, but how have employees’ perspectives on what is meaningful evolved? And how can HR leaders and teams they are considering that perspective while remaining centered on the reality of their organization and shifting business priorities?

Attendance by invitation only.
